A?beautiful and unique?Art Deco (ca1920s)?beaded necklace! This lovely?piece?features a row of?matching smokey?rutilated quartz crystal beads, which are hand-strung on?black?cord. The quartz is?a translucent grey with natural?needle-like inclusions of black colored rutile that almost appear to "float," as though suspended inside. The variations of rutile within the quartz is fantastic, providing a wonderful eye-catching effect as light passes through the beads. Resting in between?each quartz bead is a sandwich of?two gold-tone rondels and one green hardstone rondel.??The necklace fastens in the back with a push clasp. This?unique?design is perfect for any rutilated quartz lover, and would make a lovely everyday necklace!
